Clearance process for participation and tryouts
Create account on FHSAA Athletic Clearance for your player.
Complete required forms from FHAA.com under "Parents" and "Eligibilty Forms"
- Current & completed EL2 (Physical) form dated 7/25
Complete and upload NFHSLearn.com free training courses. Screenshot or download and save your completion certificate.
- Heat Illness
- Sudden Cardiac Arrest
- Concussion for Students
- Sportsmanship
- Social Media for Student - This is a NBH Volleyball requirement and does not have to be uploaded.
Non-traditional students have additional steps and forms that must also be completed and turned into Bay County School and North Bay Haven Administration. Information, forms and processes is located on the FHSAA Non-Traditional Students website.

Head to North Bay Haven Payments Page. Select "North Bay Haven High School." When making an online payment please add in a note; example: "Boys Volleyball Fees - Steven Blocksville"
- High School Girls and Boys program is under "Sports Activities" and then "Variable"
- Middle School Girls program is under "Sports Activities"
